It is best known as the host of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, a race in the Formula One World Championship and also host other motorsport events such as the GP2 Series and the Porsche Supercup. The circuit is known for its unique feature, as it is the only circuit in the world to feature a pit lane that runs underneath the main grandstands, and also for its impressive lighting system. The circuit is a mix of fast straights and tight corners, providing a great test for both cars and drivers. The circuit also features a unique feature like the Yas Viceroy Abu Dhabi Hotel which is visible from the track and gives a unique view of the circuit.
