Castle Rock June 2016
Continuing the theme of getting some exercise in, went out to Castle Rock in the hope of seeing a Bullock's Oriole, but no such luck. Nice day out and did get to see a few bits and pieces, so not a wasted day. One thing I did notice yesterday and today is that the foliage seems to be rather full. I might be mis-remembering, but part of me thinks the fact that we've had late rain has kept things more green which is great for the trees, but it makes it harder to see the birds.
