This place has come up several times when I've been looking for local areas to go off roading. I meant to go a month or so ago, but ended up not being very well, so put it off, but today was the day. Headed out there and it turns out it's more of a motorcycle/ATV place rather than 4x4. There's several scramble tracks for dirt bikes and a whole hillside that they can play on. That's what I really wanted to do. There is a 4x4 play area tucked away at the end of the site, so we did get to play for a bit. There's several parts of the play area that you'd probably need a rock crawler for. I did try a couple of things I probably shouldn't as ended up bottoming the truck on some of the mounds. It wasn't just me either, I watched someone in a Jeep make the same mistake. No harm done to either vehicle, so all good. I did let William have a go too. The mud area with water in it was probably the most fun.
