A trip out on a public holiday (Memorial Day). One that I thought would be quick and easy. I guess it was pretty quick, but probably not so easy. The first part of the trip is super easy, all on paved surfaces, but then the trail gets pretty rough and, well, the scooter couldn't handle it. I tried going up a hill it couldn't cope with which wasn't too much of a problem as just turned round, however, the balance on that scooter is really bad and when I went through a gate and got in a rut, it tipped over. Which was really funny as several people came to help and William just stood there laughing. After being picked up, we went a little further and I tried it again (on a different hill, not the same one, come on, it's not like I'm stupid or anything). I gave up on this one pretty early, but as I backed down and turned, the bloody thing tipped over again and that was when I got the road rash down my right arm that can be seen in the picture. The birds were there, but hard to see. Got a few photos:
