After a failed attempt yesterday when we went round Garin only to find very limited birds and none that I could be bothered to photograph, we decided to head to Las Gallinas to see what birds were stopping by on their migratory path. Well, seems like we weren't the only ones with this idea as the place was packed. I think there was some bird society outing going on as well as there being some interest in a black swan that was presumably a domesticated animal that got loose. Either that or it was a long way off course. Anyway, lots to see, including:
